Exceptional sales and service. I purchased a 2022 C300 with AMG trim package for my wife. They made the experience absolutely seem less. This Mercedes-Benz Springfield dealer was beyond my expectations. We were driving back to Canada when we hit a pot hole in the very early morning and blew a front tire. Arriving at the dealer, they took us in right away even though we had no appointment. The service lady (Diane Dingler) promptly gave us options to put us back on the road as soon as possible. The service was second to none. It was the ultimate customer experience. Not to mention the shop and garage were spotless, I was very impressed. I would recommend this dealer anyday.
