I love getting my car serviced here, my experience is always so wonderful. Jonathan Karimi is the best! When I think of 5-star quality and service - he pops in my mind first. He goes above and beyond to make sure that each visit I have goes as smoothly as possible. As a new grad PA with a busy schedule - it can be super tricky figuring out when and how to get my car in. This past week I had an emergency with my car on the same day as my first event as a PA - and I can not explain how much of a life saver Jonathan was. He is fast but efficient, patient, hard working - but most importantly kind. Thank you Jonathan for everything!

We bought A preowned E 350 At Mercedes-Benz in Springfield this week. Our buying experience was superior in customer service by our sales representative Jim Pirro. He was very interested in making sure that this was the right car for our needs. All the staff was friendly and helpful. The service center is within 20 minutes of our home so will be convenient for any assistance we need. We visited other dealerships in the week prior to our purchase and found Mercedes Benz to be miles ahead in both customer care, inventory, and price.

I bought a certified pre-owned GLE350 a few months ago and recently the A3 service sign came on. Hasn’t even been 10k miles yet, but I talked to the salesperson, Jim, whom I bought the car from and he was able to help me in a HUGE way. Turns out MB Springfield forgot to mention that they had done the 40k service ahead of time so when I bought the car, they told me I didn’t have to worry about a service in 10k miles. MB Springfield apologized and offered to do the service for no charge. Excellent customer service! Very thankful that I purchased my vehicle from here. They really truly have an amazing staff!
