I made a “waiting” appointment for 11am on Aug 19. for an oil change. My vehicle was taken in at 12:10. I met with a service advisor who told me my oil change would be $586. After an hour an a half I was asked if I wanted my filters changed, I said yes. An additional $200. Vehicle ready 3 hours after arrival and my bill was $1500! Never mentioned the hourly fees! I hate leaving negative reviews, but my experience with this Mercedes-Benz dealership has gone downhill. I've been a loyal customer since 2020, purchased two vehicles from them, and have always had my service done here.
Ever since Bill, the service manager, left, the level of customer service has noticeably declined. I used to receive a loaner vehicle during service, but now that courtesy is no longer offered, despite my loyalty to the dealership.
