Last week I posted a negative review for the service department because I dropped my car off at 7:30 for service and it wasn't taken in until early afternoon. This caused me a problem because I had an electrician coming to the house that afternoon and I had expected my car to be ready. Needless to say I was upset and I made my feelings known.
