It took a week to diagnose and another three days to repair. Never fun to pay dealer for software only they have, and get the car back dirty with greasy fingerprints on the steering wheel. The text updates are helpful but not if questions or responses sit unanswered. Not exactly the service I expect when paying dealership rates. Part of the fun of owning a Benz.

Great experience. We worked with Alex in service and she was great as was the entire service team. I’ve worked with BMW in Springfield before and Mercedes was a night and day experience. They are so much better in all aspects. Communication was great and timely and they were able to provide a rental car at no charge with an appointment the next week.
