Mercedes Benz of Springfield has been amazing for us! The service is amazing as well as their turnaround time. Our coach, built on a 2019 Mercedes Sprinter 3500HD chassis, broke down coming back from a trip, we had it towed direct to them, a quick diagnostic and repair and we are good to go for our next adventure! Doug, our service tech is a wealth of knowledge and he and the other sprinter techs are excellent! 100% recommendation!!!

I had an awesome experience very easy and fast prior to my purchase with Mr. Allen. I purchased a car from Carmax that I return Carmax in Hartford Connecticut they would not transfer my plates. They charge me $160 for plates said they could not do it this dealership Mercedes-Benz they transferred my plates no problem. Carmax was trying to charge me 15.9% and then another vehicle 19.9% and this Mercedes dealership fought and got me a 7.9% with a local Credit Union I spent numerous hours times aggravation and phone calls with Carmax. From the moment I walked in, MJ made the entire car buying experience feel effortless. He was incredibly patient and understanding, never once making me feel rushed or pressured. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything I needed to know and even pulled the cars I was interested in side by side so I could compare them in real time, that alone made such a difference in helping me make my decision. I visited several Mercedes-Benz dealerships throughout my search, and I can say without hesitation that MJ has been the best salesperson I have worked with. He genuinely cared about making sure I felt confident and informed every step of the way. Cherif is truly one of a kind. From the moment we met him, he made us feel so welcomed and at ease. He was warm, personable, and had us laughing the entire time, his sense of humor made what can typically be a stressful process genuinely enjoyable. He never made us feel like just another sale. He treated us like people, took our needs seriously, and went above and beyond to make sure we left happy. Managers like Cherif are rare and he is a huge reason why our experience at Mercedes-Benz of Springfield was so memorable. I also had the pleasure of working with Manar at the end of my purchase to go over add on packages, and she was absolutely wonderful. She is soft spoken, friendly, and genuinely has your best interest at heart. She never tried to push anything unnecessary, instead she took her time walking me through everything and made sure I understood exactly what I was getting and what made sense for me. Her calming and warm presence made what is usually the most overwhelming part of the process feel completely stress free. Mercedes-Benz of Springfield is lucky to have MJ, Cherif, and Manar on their team. It is truly my honor to give this dealership my business, and I would recommend anyone in the market for a Mercedes to come here. You will not be disappointed.

Spent a good part of the day looking at cars all over the greater Springfield area and they were the only ones who actually came out and asked to help. Again, best experience EVER!!!!
