Great service! Quick, courteous and accommodating. I drove 45 mins to the Chicopee location when I am closer to the Hartford Mercedes dealership. Just had my second buying experience with Mercedes Benz of Springfield. First was on 2018 when they first opened. I had excellent service for eight years so when it was time to look for a new vehicle I started there. I received excellent sales service from Paola Garcia. I love my new vehicle!

Mercedes Benz of Springfield has been amazing for us! The service is amazing as well as their turnaround time. Our coach, built on a 2019 Mercedes Sprinter 3500HD chassis, broke down coming back from a trip, we had it towed direct to them, a quick diagnostic and repair and we are good to go for our next adventure! Doug, our service tech is a wealth of knowledge and he and the other sprinter techs are excellent! 100% recommendation!!!

I had been looking at cars for several months. I met with Paola Garcia a few months back and test drove a Mercedes C class and E. She was very nice. I told her what i liked. . Even when i told her i was most likely going to buy another car because i didn't think i could afford a new E class that i loved. We stayed in touch.. When a pre-owned E 450 came in and she thought i would like it. I set up time for a test drive and bought it! The Mercedes Benz are Luxury, just beautiful and the staff at Mercedes Benz Springfield were friendly and treated me with a respect i didn't always feel in other dealerships . The professional staff worked with me, answered questions and were knowledgeable. Paola also understands how to operate all the new technology included and i look forward to her training.

Traveling cross country in a sprinter based RV and was able to fit in to the service schedule with only a 3-day notice. I brought my vehicle in for a service covered under warranty. They advised me that for the type of service I needed it would be three weeks. After two weeks of the car sitting in their lot I received e-mail of inspection done advising me that I needed specific services done that would cost hundreds if not thousands of dollars. I being knowledgeable about cars knew none of the services suggested needed to be done. They stated that they had to remove my exhaust as a whole because it was welded together for them to perform the work. For that they charged me a few hundred dollars. Ridiculous if I have to say. After a month of being without my car I finally pick up the car, and after inspecting it realized my exhaust had a slice cut into it that they didn’t even tell about. Now I had to spend even more money to get that fixed. I certainly wasn’t going to bring it back to Mercedes for them to keep it for another extended period.

They charge me $160 for plates said they could not do it this dealership Mercedes-Benz they transferred my plates no problem. Carmax was trying to charge me 15.9% and then another vehicle 19.9% and this Mercedes dealership fought and got me a 7.9% with a local Credit Union I spent numerous hours times aggravation and phone calls with Carmax. I was in and out of Mercedes. I think I've may have spent 45 minutes tops there they clean my car went over it put a clearcoat over the car, which I had no idea they were going to do which was very nice of them. The sales person I was dealing with, went all out to make my entire experience to be of the best quality and gave me the great feeling that they were taking very good care of me

Mercedes completed the extended warranty for free on my 2016 E350. Everyone at the service department was remarkably efficient and polite. Most of all, I want to thank Tom O'connor for great service and communication.

I am more than pleased with my experience of purchasing my new car. Matthew Boutross was so helpful answering all of my phone calls/questions. He made sure to walk me through all of the amazing features of my new Mercedes so that I could feel comfortable taking it out on my own. I’m out of state so they even offered to drop the car off to me which made the whole process a million times easier. Thank you again!!

I was on my way to an appointment when my car began whistling after a certain amount of pressure was placed on my gas peddle, followed by the check-engine light popping on. After calling two different Mercedes-Benz dealerships, I called the one there in Springfield who gave me the light of day. While they didn't have the loaners they said they did when I called, they went above and beyond to help me so close to their closing time, even providing me with a temporary fix while I wait for the part and appointment. Chris Hagen was my saving grace, as it were. I appreciate you guys a lot. I've been experiencing nothing but bad news lately and it was great to get a little good news, the good news being my car's issue was not massive. Thank you, Springfield team. 😊 - Jay
