Last week I posted a negative review for the service department because I dropped my car off at 7:30 for service and it wasn't taken in until early afternoon. This caused me a problem because I had an electrician coming to the house that afternoon and I had expected my car to be ready. Needless to say I was upset and I made my feelings known. Purchased a used 2017 Lexus from this dealer back around November 2023. I was pretty satsfied with my purchase from MB of Springfield. The process of purchasing the car was super easy and they were willing to work with me on it. There was an issue with the car that i knew about prior to purchasing that unfortunately took a bit to get resolved but they took care of me and gave me a loaner until my car was ready. This was the easiest purchase from start to finish. Dave my sales associate made sure everything was taken care of and arranged for me to pick up my car at the NY DMV. I was an out of state customer and this also was a huge help. If you want a dealership that is customer centric this is the place to go. 5 star experience! Our sales rep was MJ and there was zero pressure the entire experience. We actually completely enjoyed the process the whole way though. We started with just messaging, then my wife went to go test drive, and then we messaged more and went back to both drive it. They also had no worries that they'd get the interest rate that we could have obtained from our local credit union, but when we go there the rate was even BETTER! I was looking for a hard to find model and color. Springfield Benz had FOUR on the lot! Yaima, our sales rep, had the van at the front door with tags on, ready to go. I am over an hour away, but once the deal was done they delivered the new van to our driveway all registered. Very pleased.
